Refund policy

Read this before you buy a Pro membership.

No refunds

All purchases are final. We do not refund Pro memberships. You get access to all Pro content as soon as your payment goes through, for the term you bought.

Try before you buy

Some questions are free. Use them to check the questions, the solutions, and the code editor before you pay.

Failed payments

If a payment fails or is not completed but money left your account, it goes back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. If it has not arrived by then, email support@frontprep.com with your order ID.

Billing errors

If you see a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, or another billing mistake on our side, email support@frontprep.com with your order ID. We will check it and fix it.

Suspended accounts

If we revoke Pro access because you broke our Terms of Service, we do not refund the purchase.
