These Terms of Service govern your use of FrontPrep (https://frontprep.com), operated by NIRMAAN BUILDWELL. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use FrontPrep. An account is for one person. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for everything done through it.

Content and license

NIRMAAN BUILDWELL owns all questions, solutions, explanations, diagrams, videos, and code on FrontPrep. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use this content for your own interview preparation. For paid content, the license lasts for the membership term you purchased.

Code you write in the editor is yours. We may use feedback you send us to improve FrontPrep, without any obligation to you.

Membership and payment

Pro membership is a one-time purchase for a fixed term (1 month, 3 months, or 1 year). Plans do not auto-renew. We do not store your card for future charges. Access stops automatically when the term ends unless you purchase a new plan.

There is no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel. You keep access until the term you paid for expires.

Checkout shows prices in your local currency where we support it. Razorpay processes the payment.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Read it before you buy.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  1. Share, sell, or transfer your account or your Pro access.
  2. Copy, republish, or distribute our content, in whole or in part, whether for free or for payment.
  3. Scrape the site or access it with bots or other automated tools.
  4. Bypass or attempt to bypass the paywall or access controls.
  5. Use the code editor, forms, or APIs to disrupt the site or harm other users.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke your access, including Pro access, if we detect account sharing, a fraudulent chargeback, or any other violation of these terms. We do not refund in these cases.

You can stop using FrontPrep at any time. To delete your account, email support@frontprep.com.

No guarantee

FrontPrep is study material. We do not guarantee that you will pass an interview or receive a job offer. A company name on a question means the question was reported from that company's interviews. It does not mean the company endorses or is affiliated with FrontPrep. We provide the site as is, without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, NIRMAAN BUILDWELL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of FrontPrep. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use FrontPrep after a change means you accept the updated terms.
