Terms of Use
Last Updated: April 19th, 2026
Welcome to Front Prep! Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions before accessing or using our site (https://frontprep.com/), operated by NIRMAAN BUILDWELL. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Violation of any term may result in discontinuation of your access to Front Prep.
Account Responsibility & Limitation of Liability
You are solely responsible for your Front Prep account and all content published from it. Front Prep is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the platform, including cases where users inadvertently disclose private information in their feedback. It is your responsibility to protect your personal information and avoid sharing sensitive details.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke Pro access if we detect account sharing, fraudulent chargebacks, or violations of these Terms. Any refund in such cases is at our discretion.
Membership duration and cancellation
Pro membership is sold as a one-time purchase for a fixed term (1 month, 3 months, or 1 year). Plans do not auto-renew. Your card is not stored for future charges. Access stops automatically when the term ends unless you purchase a new plan.
Because there is no recurring charge, there is no mid-term cancellation to perform. You keep access until the term you paid for expires.
Notifications
We may send in-app notifications about new questions, feature updates, and platform announcements through the notification bell in the app. These are product messages. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in separately.
Prohibited Activities
- Sharing links to viruses or harmful software routines.
- Uploading or linking to illegal, pornographic, or offensive content.
- Engaging in activities that violate others' rights or promote violence or inappropriate behavior.
Refunds
Refund handling is governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it for the current rules.
Changes to Terms
Front Prep reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically for any updates.
